What documents does a token project usually need?
Can a DAO be structured to limit member liability?
Often, yes. We design governance frameworks and legal wrappers for DAOs so decision-making, member rights and responsibilities are clearly set out and liability is addressed, while preserving decentralised governance where possible.
Do design choices in tokenomics affect regulation?
Significantly. Rights, yield, governance and redemption features can move a token in or out of the financial-product perimeter. Engaging early lets us flag these while you can still adjust the design.
What is DDO and does it apply to my project?
Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) require issuers of certain financial products to define a target market and distribute accordingly. If your token is a financial product offered to retail clients, DDO artefacts are typically required. We prepare them.
